St. Benedict Harvest and Holly Craft Show 2024 Rules and Information
November 9, 2024, from 9 am to 4 pm, held in the School Gymnasium, 60 S. Lynn St., Waterford, MI., 48327. The gym is accessed off Voorheis Road, just South of M59 about 1 mile West of Telegraph Rd. Free parking is in the St. Benedict church parking lot.
This is a juried craft show. Please provide three photographs of your work with your completed contract. If you were in our show last year, photographs are not required. You must supply your own table coverings, skirts, extension chords and surge protectors, when needed. Please leave your area clean. The aisles are to be kept clear at all times. Do not use tape on the gym floors. Exhibitors may not use large hay or straw bales for displaying and may not have lighted candles or open flames at any time during the show (per Fire Marshall requirements). Exhibitors must accept full responsibility for any loss, injury or damage to persons or property which may be sustained while on the premises, or through consuming or use of products purchased at the event. Momentum Schools and St. Benedict Parish assume no responsibility for any property on the premises.
Set up: Set up is available Friday, November 8, between 5:30 and 8 pm as well as Saturday morning from 7am untill 8:45. Check in at the information table upon arrival. You will receive your start up package and directions to your table. Name tags can be found in your packet and must be worn at all times. The show begins at 9:00 AM sharp. Displays cannot be dismantled prior to 4 PM.
Donation: The craft show committee requires that you donate one of your items to our raffle table. This is part of your signed contract, as we use the raffle as a church fundraiser. The raffle will be held one hour prior to the show’s closing.
Spaces and Spaces are 10’ x 5’ and are $25/space. We will provide an 8' table and a space at a cost of $33.00, or you Tables: may provide your own table(s). Please remember that you must be able to access the back of your display within your 10-foot-wide space and must not exceed the 5-foot depth. Two chairs will be provided for each space. All tables will be in the gym. We ask that there be no more than three people per space.
Food and Our St. Ben’s Knights of Columbus will have food and snacks available in the concession area.
Entertainment Our St . Bernadette's Guild will have a large bake sale area also. Our very own “Benny’s Hooligans will provide live entertainment for your holiday enjoyment!
Booth Space All placements are made by show organizers with priority given on a first come basis based on the
Requests postmark date of the contract. Wall, corner, and electrical spaces are VERY limited. If you require electrical, please bring your own chords and power strips We will do our best to accommodate, but PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT NOT ALL REQUESTS MAY BE ABLE TO BE ACCOMMODATED.
Payment Payment must accompany the signed contract. Check, money order or cashier’s check must be made payable to St. Benedict with the words ‘craft show’ on the message line. Please remember this is a
family/church event. The committee reserves the right to have final approval on all displays and items.
There will be no foul weather date. Payments made within two weeks of the show must be cash or money order. There will be no refunds within 30 days of the show.
